The Association of Chinese American Businesses in Delaware (ACABD) is a
networking group sponsored by the DCAA with the intent to strengthen both the
communication among the local Chinese American businesses and the connection
between them and their customers. The ACABD will provide local business
information to the public, especially newcomers to the community, and promote
the growth of new and mature businesses in the greater Delaware area. For
